- What does it cost?
- Creating an account is free. Plans for heavier use and for companies are being set now — pricing is on request, and we will tell you before anything costs money.
- Is Cliff an app I download?
- Cliff runs in your web browser, so there is nothing to install. On a phone, add him to your home screen and he opens like an app. A version in the App Store may come later.
- Can my boss read my Cliff?
- No. Your personal Cliff — your conversations, notes and reminders — is private to you, including from the company you work for. Work information belongs to the company; personal stays personal.
- What happens if I leave my job?
- Your access to the company’s work ends and the work stays with the company. Your personal Cliff stays yours. If your company was paying for it, you can switch to your own plan and keep everything.
- Does he work without signal?
- Cliff needs signal to answer questions. Saving notes, photos and hours with no signal is being built for crews on job sites.
- Can I wake him by voice?
- Today you tap to talk. Coming soon: say “Hey Cliff” while Cliff is open on the screen, and an iPhone shortcut so “Hey Siri, Cliff” opens him.
- Is Cliff a person?
- No. Cliff is an AI assistant, and he will always tell you so.
